CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION #86 - 04
RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OF REPORT
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota:
1. That a petition requesting the following described improvements:
the installation of municipal sewer, water, storm sewer, curbs,
gutters and streets in the plat known as Ulmers 4th Addition,
filed with the City on the 14th day of February, 1986 is hereby
declared to be signed by at least twenty -five (25 %) percent in
number of the benefitted property owners as required by Section
8.01, Subdivision 1 of the Lino Lakes City Charter.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota: That the proposed improvement be referred to the City
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the
Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a prelim-
inary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
some other improvements, and the estimated cost therefore which
shall be set out both in unit price and total.
That the estimated number of benefited property owners by such
improvement is one (1).
Adopted by the Council this 24th day of February, 1986.
