RESOLUTION #07 - 86
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON ULMER'S RICE LAKE FOURTH (4TH)
ADDITION AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS,
Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted
February 24, 1986, a report has been prepared by
Robert Toddie of TKDA with reference to the improvement
of Ulmer's Rice Lake Fourth (4th) Addition, and
this report was received by the Council on March 24,
1986.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed
in the Council Resolution adopted February 24,
1986.
2. Mr Robert Toddie of TKDA is hereby designated
as the Engineer for this improvement. He shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
