RESOLUTION #13 - 86
A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ULMER'S RICE LAKE FOURTH (4TH) ADDITION
PRELIMINARY PLAT.
WHEREAS: A Public Hearing has been held on the proposed
preliminary plat for Ulmer's Rice Lake 4th Ad-
dition before the City Council on May 12, 1986
and May 27, 1986, and
WHEREAS: The developer was unable to obtain easements for
street purposes and storm water drainage to ade-
quately serve the proposed plat,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA that the preliminary plat of Ulmer's Rice Lake 4th
Addition be denied for the reason the developer was unable to
obtain easements for street purposes and storm water drainage
to adequately serve the proposed plat.
Adopted by the Council on the 27th day of May, 1986.
