RESOLUTION #20 - 86
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON WEST SHADOW LAKE DRIVE (7TH AVENUE)
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July
14, 1986, a report has been prepared by Toltz, King,
Duvall, Anderson and Associates with reference to the
improvement of West Shadow Lake Drive (7th Avenue)
starting 685 feet north of Birch Street (County #10)
and continuing north a distance of 3,800 feet and
this report was received by the Council on August 11,
1986.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINN-
ESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the above described im-
provement in accordance with the report of the City
Engineer and the assessment of abutting property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Ch-
apter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter.
2. The estimated total cost of the project is $423,900.
3. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed im-
provement on the 22nd day of September, 1986 in
Council Chambers at the City Hall at 9:15 P.M.
The City Clerk shall cause this resolution to be
published twice, at least one week apart, in the
official newspaper of the City, no less than two
weeks prior to the date of said hearings, and in
addition thereto, a copy of this resolution shall
be mailed to each benefited property owner at their
last known address at least two weeks prior to the
date of the hearing.
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 25th day of August,
1986.
