CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION #28 - 86
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON 80TH STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND
CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a report being prepared by the City Eng-
ineer with reference to the 80th Street improvement
presented to the Lino Lakes City Council, August 11,
1986
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such
80th Street area in accordance with the report and
the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total
cost of $101,000.00. Each lot will be assessed
nothing.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvements on the 22nd day of September, 1986
in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 9:00
P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required
by law.
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 25th day of August,
1986.
