RESOLUTION #31 - 86
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON MAIN STREET IMPROVEMENTS (ANOKA
COUNTY PROJECT 02- 614 -11) AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a report being prepared by the Anoka County
Engineer with reference to the Main Street improvement
and presented to the Lino Lakes City Council, April 28,
1986
NOW THERE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINN-
ESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such
Main Street area in accordance with the report and
the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total
cost of $43,000.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provements on the 13th day of October, 1986 in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. and
the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice
of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, this 25th day of August,
1986.
