Resolution #33 - 86
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR
NORTHERLY SIX LOTS ON SUNSET ROAD
WHEREAS, A resolution of the City Council adopted on the 12th
day of May, 1986 fixed a date for a Council hearing
on the following described improvement:
Lots One through Six, Block Two, Lexington Park
Lakeview for the installation of sanitary sewer, mun-
icipal water, street restoration, curbs, gutters and
driveway aprons with the option in writing from the
owners of Lots four, five and six indicating whether
they want sewer and /or water and the owner of Lot three
according to an agreement of the Blaine Engineer and
property owner.
AND WHEREAS, Published and mailed notices of the hearing as re-
quired by the Lino Lakes City Charter was given and
a hearing has held thereon on the 9th day of June,
1986 at which all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
AND WHEREAS, A period of sixty (60) days has elapsed after the
public hearing and no petitions have been filed ag-
ainst the improvement as provided by in Section 8.04
Subd. 1 of Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES,
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed
in the Council resolution adopted the 12th day
of May, 1986.
2. Robert Wiegert, Blaine City Engineer is hereby
designated as the engineer for this project. He
shall prepare plans and specifications for making
such improvement.
3. Mayor Benjamin G. Benson and Clerk - Treasurer
Marilyn G. Anderson, be authorized to enter
into a joint powers agreement with the City of
Blaine for installation of the above described
improvements.
