RESOLUTION AUTHORIZATING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR AN ADDITION TO AND UPGRADING OF THE
CENTENNIAL DISTRICT FIREHALL #2 IN LINO LAKES
WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes has entered into a purchase agree-
ment for the property located at 7731 Lake Drive for the
use as a firehall, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct an addition and upgrade the
present building to make this property functional as a
firehall,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDthat the City Administrator be author-
ized to prepare such plans and specifications and cause to be in-
serted in the official newspaper an advertisement for bids for
the improvements under such specifications.
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota this twenty
fifth day of August, 1986.
