RESOLUTION #35 - 86
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1986 CONSULTING PLANNERS OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE CITY OF LINO LAKES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Charter, Section 7.08, any alter-
ations in the budget must be made by Council Resolution,
and
WHEREAS, due to an overrun in budgeted expenditures for the de-
partment of Municipal Planner, an adjustment is being
made to this department to cover the overexpenditures.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
that the budget for Municipal Planner be amended from an
original figure of $9,000.00 to $18,000.00 and adopted
for 1986.
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota this eighth
day of September, 1986.
