Resolution #37 - 86
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON NORTH ROAD IMPROVEMENTS AND CALLING
HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 25,
1986, a report has been prepared by Toltz, King, Duvall
Anderson and Associates with reference to the improvement
of North Road between Sunset Road and Lake Drive by up-
grading the road, installing municipal water, sanitary
sewer and curbs and gutters, and this report was received
by the Council on September 8, 1986,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESTA:
1. The Council will consider) improvement of such street in accord-
ance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for
all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes
City Charter.
2. The estimated unit price of such improvement is $ 6,691.80.
The estimated total cost of the project is $33,459.00.
3. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed improvement on the
27th day of October, 1986 in the Council Chambers at the City
Hall at 7:30 P.M. The City Clerk shall cause this resolution
to be published twice, at least on week apart, in the official
newspaper of the City, no less than two weeks prior to the date
of said hearings, and in addition thereto, a copy of this resol-
ution shall be mailed to each benefited property owner at their
last known address at least two weeks prior to the date of the
hearing.
