CITY OF LINO LAKES
Resolution No 42 - 86
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT PROPERTY
FROM THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
WHEREAS: Anoka County Auditor, Charles R. Lefebvre in his letter
dated September 16, 1986 has indicated that several lots
located in the City of Lino Lakes has been forfeited to
the State of Minnesota, and
WHEREAS:
WHEREAS:
All of these lots have assessments certified against them,
and
The City feels the only method of recouping at least a
portion of the assessments is to offer the lots for sale
to the highest bidder,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNSOTA that the following described lots be purchased from the
State of Minnesota and offered for sale to the highest bidder:
Lot 1, Block 8, Lakes Addition #3
Lot 2, Block 8, Lakes Addition #3
Lot 5, Block 8, Lakes Addition #3
Lot 11, Block 8, Lakes Addition #3
Lot 12, Block 8, Lakes Addition #3
Lot 9, Block 9, Lakes Addition #3
Lot 10, Block 9, Lakes Addition #3
Lot 11, Block 9, Lakes Addition #3
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this twenty seventh
