COUNTY OF ANOKA
RESOLUTION NO. 13 -82
APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR ECO INSULATION
WHEREAS, Business Consultants Inc., has submitted a peddlers license application to the City
Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, Business Consultants Inc., has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613
of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for - profit business; and
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on the
company representatives that would be working in Lino Lakes, Mr. Andrew Lawrence Davis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves
the request of Business Consultants Inc., to sell CenturyLink/DirectTV phone, interne and TV
services for a period of six - months beginning July 22, 2013 and ending January 22, 2014.
• Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of July, 2013.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Rafferty, Stoesz, Roeser, O'Donnell, Reinert

Better Business Consultants Inc.

BACKGROUND
A representative from Better Business Consultants Inc, 8120 Penn Avenue South,
Bloomington, MN, has submitted a peddler's license application to the City Clerk's
office. The company representative who would be working in Lino Lakes is Mr. Andrew
Lawrence Davis. He plans to travel through Lino Lakes neighborhoods going door to
door selling CenturyLink/DirectTV phone, interne and TV services.
The City has received all the necessary forms required to issue this company a license and
indicates no reason to deny the application.
The application and all other required information is on file in the City Clerk's office for
review.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve Resolution No. 13 -82, approving the issuance of a Peddler License for a six
month period commencing July 22, 2013.
