Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of October, 2013. BACKGROUND The governing body of a municipality has the authority to appoint qualified applicants to serve as election judges. On September 23, 2013, the council approved a list of qualified individuals who will be trained to serve as Lino Lakes' Election Judges for the 2013 General Election. Staff is recommending that two additional judges be added to that list. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that Resolution No. 13 -106 be amended by appointing two additional election judges for the November 5, 2013 Municipal General Election.
