RESOLUTION NO. 07 - 09
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM BONNIE SILVERA IN MEMORY OF
RESERVE OFFICER BRANDON CARLSON
WHEREAS, Bonnie Silvera wishes to donate a gift in memory of Reserve Officer
Brandon Carlson; and
WHEREAS, the community has a vested interest in the Reserve Officer program,
Increase Revenue — Contributions 101 - 3720 -000 $100.00
Increase Police Expenditure
(101- 420 - 4214 -000 Crime Prevention)
$100.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council members, do
hereby accept the $100.00 donation and wishes to e • ess its gratitude to Bonnie
Silvera for her donation.

Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of January, 2007.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member still 1-7 and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
Carlson, Stoltz, Reinert, O'Donnell, Bergeson
The following voted against same:
none
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Simple Majority
The purpose of Resolution 07 -09 is to accept and publicly thank Bonnie Silvera for her
donation to the City of Lino Lakes in memory of Reserve Officer Brandon Carlson.
