• <br />• <br />Council Member carbon introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07 -19 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE PHASE 2 — STREETLIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted April 24, 2006, awarding <br />the construction contract for the Legacy at Woods Edge Phase 1 — Streetlighting <br />Improvements to W.H. Response, and <br />WHEREAS, additional underground wire, over the estimated quantity was required to <br />complete the proposed improvements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA that: <br />1. Change Order No.3 in the amount of $14,401.88 is hereby approved. <br />n e Bartell, Cit <br />C <br />John J :erge�rn, yor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of January, 2007. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Carlson, Reinert, O'Donnell, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
