CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 07 -65
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT, COX ESTATES
ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Preliminary Plat on April 23, 2007, and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the
execution of a development contract, between the Developer and the City of Lino
Lakes, prior to commencement of site construction activities and final plat to insure
satisfactory completion of public improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves
the Development Contract with Brennan Cox for Cox Estates Addition and authorizes
the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.

Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of May, 2007.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member o' Donneland upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
Reinert, O'Donnell, Carlson, Stoltz, Bergeson
The following voted against same:
none
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
