Mr. Marier and Mrs. Elsenpeter agreed to continue this meeting until December 28, 1982 at 7:00 P.M. Council Meeting December 28, 1982 The continued meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order at 7:07 with all members present except Mr. Reinert. Mr. Kluegel and Mrs. Sarner were also present. MINUTES - NOVEMBER 22, 1982 Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mayor Benson. Motion carried with Mr. Kulaszewicz abstaining. December 13, 1982 Minutes - Mr. Nadeau felt the minutes were not being written clearly - they were not recording all the specifics, especially in the discussion of the problem he has with Mr. Suchy. Mrs. Elsenpeter felt that the information he was presenting at this time had not been discussed at the meeting and this subject should be discussed as a separate item and not as a part of the consideration of minutes. Mr. Marier agreed to meet with Mr. Nadeau to check this situation. Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Motion carried unanimously. I December 20, 1982 Minutes - Mr. Marier moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mrs. Elsenpeter. Mrs. Elsenpeter questioned the budget - she asked if the minutes were correct and Mayor Benson said, Yes. Motion carried unanimously. DISBURSEMENTS - December 27, 1982 The Clerk pointed out there are three checks for interfund transfers. One is the Federal Revenue Sharing which has already been approved, the other two are for the transfering of funds from 1) a closed out fund and 2) from the refinanced Black Duck Assessment Fund. Mr. Marier asked if the check for the codification is for the balance due on that account and the Clerk said she did not knaa. Mr. Marier moved to approve the disbursements holding Hoff, Allen check for codification in the amount of $2500.00 until this matter is clarified. Seconded by Mr. Kulaszewicz. Mrs. Elsenpeter asked for an update as to what has already been paid. She moved to amend the motion as such. Mr. Marier seconded the amendment. The amendment carried unanimously. The original motion carried unanimously. Mayor Benson asked permission from the Council to sign and forward this check provided this is the final billing and the codification has been received and the Council agreed.
