HomeMy WebLinkAbout11/07/1985 Council Minutes0174 SPECIAL COINCIL MEETING November 7, 1985 A special meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to order by Mayor Benson at 7:00 P.M., November 7, 1985. Council members present: Bohjanen, Reinert, Marier. Council members absent: Kulasewicz. Clerk- Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson and Councilman - elect, Harold Bisel were also present. The purpose of this special meeting was to call together the mun- icipal canvassing board for Lino Lakes. Mrs. Anderson gave the Council a summary sheet of the election held on Tuesday, November 5, 1985. She also gave the Council a Municipal Canvass Board Report of the Election of November 5, 1985 which is to be signed by the Council and a copy sent to the Anoka County Auditors office. Mr. Marrier moved to accept the Municipal Canvass Board Report of the Election of Novmeber 5, 1985 as written. Mr. Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Mayor Benson asked that the City Clerk write a letter to each election judge and thank them for their time and work at this years election. He asked that she express the appreciation of the City Council and the voters to them. Mr. Marier moved to adjourn at 7:05 P.M. Mr. Bohjanen seconded the motion. Aye.
