Council Member -Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 07 -119
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
LAKE DRIVE /I35W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the City
awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to Lunda
Construction Company, and
AND WHEREAS, the City wishes to extend the landscaping included in the project to
incorporate the median islands within the roadway,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. Change Order No.2, in the amount of $171,100.33, is hereby approved.

Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of August, 2007
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member Sty Utz_ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
