CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 07 -144
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
LAKE DRIVE /I35W IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the City Council adopted May 14, 2007, the City
awarded the construction contract for the Lake Drive /I -35W Improvement Project to Lunda
Construction Company, and
WHEREAS, the aggregate test reports and material disposition forms compiled by Mn /DOT
indicate that on July 10, 2007 the coarse aggregate for ready -mix concrete failed to meet the
gradation requirements for Mn /DOT Specification 3137 CA -50, and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Mn /DOT Concrete Office, the concrete containing
the deficient material will be allowed to remain in place at a reduced price.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. Change Order No.4, deducting the amount of $869.00, is hereby approved.

Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of September, 2007
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member O'Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
Reinert, O'Donnell, Carlson, Stoltz, Bergeson
The following voted against same:
none
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
