CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 07-172
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR GRANDVIEW
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and
WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances,
and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Grandview was approved with Resolution 07 -111 by the
City Council on August 13, 2007 with conditions, and
WHEREAS, the final plat for Grandview complies with City requirements and the conditions of
Resolution 07 -111 have been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED t

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
O'Donnell, Stoltz, Carlson, Reinert, Bergeson
The following voted against same:
none
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
