Resolution #03 - 87
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES IMPROVEMENTS
AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, purusant to resolution of the Council adopted November
24, 1986, a report has been prepared by Toltz, King,
Duvall Anderson and Associates with reference to the
improvement of Reshanau Lake Estates by installing
roads, municipal water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer,
and curbs and gutters, and this report was received
by the Council on February 9, 1987.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in ac-
cordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes
City Charter.
2. The estimated unit price of such improvement is $10,860.00.
The estimated total cost of the project is $1,064,240.00.
3. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed improvement on the
9th day of March, 1987 in the Council Chambers at the City
Hall at 7:30 P.M. The City Clerk shall cause this resolution
to be published twice, at least one week apart, in the official
newspaper of the City, no less than two weeks prior to the date
of said hearings, and in addition thereto, a copy of this resolu-
tion shall be mailed to each benefited property owner at their
last known address at least two weeks prior to the date of the
hearing.
