CITY OF LINO LAKES
Resolution No. 07 - 87
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON ELEVATED STORAGE TANK AND WATER
MAIN SYSTEM AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted February 9,
1987 with reference to the installation of an elevated
water storage tank and truck water main for Lakes Add-
itions, Erickson's Second Addition, South Reshanau
Lake Estates and adjacent areas and this report was
received by the Council on March 9, 1987,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such
facilities in accordance with the report and the
assessment of benefited property for all or a port-
ion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes
City Charter at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $ 618,260.00
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 13th day of April, 1987 in the
Council Chambers of the city hall at 8:30 P.M.
and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law.
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, this 9th day of March,
1987.
