Resolution No. 13 - 87
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE UPGRADING
OF ASH STREET EAST
WHEREAS: the Lino Lakes City Council has received a report from
City Engineer Ron Stahlberg and a request from the land-
owner of Arbor lakes Plat in reference to upgrading
Ash Street from Foxtail Drive west to where the street
terminates, and
WHEREAS: not wishing to delay construction in the plat of Arbor
Lakes,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. Mr. Ron Stahlberg of TKDA is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of March,
1987.
