Resolution No. 15 - 87
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR IMPROVE-
MENT OF SOUTH RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 9th
day of February, 1987, fixed a date for Council hear-
ing on the following described improvement:
Installation of municipal water, sanitary sewer, streets,
curbs, gutters and storm sewers on property described
as follows; the southeast 4 of the southeast 4 of Sect-
ion 29, Township 31, Range 22 and the northeast 4 of
the northeast 4 of Section 32, Township 31, Range 22,
City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota
AND WHEREAS, published and mailed notice of the hearing as required
by the Lino Lakes City Charter was given and a hearing
was held thereon on the 9th day of March, 1987 at which
all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportun-
ity -to be-heard thereon.
• AND WHEREAS, the petitioner for the improvement has again pet-
itioned that fifty (50) of the sixty (60) days wait-
ing period required in Section 8.04, Subd. 1 of Chap-
ter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter, be reduced to
ten (10) days.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES:
1.
Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted the 9th gay of February,
1987.
2. Mr. Ron Stahlberg of TKDA is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day
of April, 1987.
