Resolution No. 17 - 87
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
OF ASH STREET EAST
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March
23, 1987 with reference to the improvement of East Ash Street be-
tween Foxtail Drive and Arborlane Court (Sergeant Court), and this
report was received by the Council on April 13, 1987.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and assessment of benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes
City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$79,300.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the eleventh day of May, 1987 in the council chambers of
the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed
and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required
by law.
