Resolution No. 21 - 87
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE REVISED PLUMBING PERMIT AND HEATING
PERMIT FEE SHCEDULE
WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes has not revised the fee
schedule for Plumbing Permis and Heating Permits
since 1981, and
WHEREAS, It is the intent of the City to cover expenses of
inspections with the permit fee, and
WHEREAS, It is intended to bring the Lino Lakes permit fee
schedule in line with surrounding communities,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES,
. 1. The Plumbing Permit Fee Schedule shall be $5.00
for all openings.
2. The Heating Permit Fee Schedule shall be $30.00
per individual unit.
Adopted by the Lino lakes City Council this 27th day of April,
1987.
