RESOLUTION NO. 27 - 87
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON TRUNK WATER MAIN INSTALLATION FOR
SOUTH RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES AND D. ERICKSON'S, 2ND ADDITION.
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted February
9, 1987 with reference to the improvement of trunk water
mains for South Reshanau ]Lake Estates and D. Erickson's
2nd Addition, City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota,
and this report was received by the Council on June 8,
1987,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1.
The Council will consider the improvement of such
trunk water mains installation in accordance with
the report and the assessment of benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the
Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost
of the improvement of $618,260.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 13th day of July, 1987 in the
Council Chambers of the city hall at 7:30 P.M.
and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law.
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, this 8th day of June,
1987.
