CITY OF LINO LAKES
Resolution No. 28 - 87
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT BY DAY LABOR FOR MUNICIPAL
WATER AND SANITARY SEWER FOR CERTAIN RESIDENTS ON ASH STREET
(EXTENSION OF SHOREVIEW UTILITIES)
WHEREAS, on April 14, 1987 and on April 21, 1987 an advert-
isement for bids for the improvement as described
in Resolution No. 16 - 87 was published in the
Quad Press, the official newspaper of the City
of Lino Lakes pursuant to Resolution 16 -87 of the
Council dated the thirteenth day of April, 1987.
AND WHEREAS, the only bids received were the following:

C. W. Houle, Inc.
White Construction
0 & P Contracting
$147,970.50
78,193.50
85,700.00
99,212.00
and all such bids were higher than the City
Engineer's estimate of $47,615.00,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
That all bids are rejected and the City Engineer shall proceed
under the direction of the Council, as given from time to time,
to carry on all work, plans and specifications approved by the
Council on April 13, 1987.
Adopted by the Council this twenty second day of June, 1987.
