Resolution No. 34 - 87
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS IN
THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT FROM 2ND AVENUE TO THE
NORTHEST QUADRANT OF LAKE DRIVE KNOW KNOWN AS THE WEST CENT -
RAL TRUNK SEWER AND WATER DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, it is proposed to install municipal improvements
from 2nd Avenue to the Northeast Quadrant of Lake
Drive and to assess the benefited property for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pur-
suant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the
City Engineer for study and that he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and
as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement, and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recomm-
ended.
Adopted by the Council this 10th day of August, 1987.
