Resolution No. 59 - 87
RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF SHENANDOAH PARK.
WHEREAS: the previously platted Shenandoah Park is not large:- enough
to contain the facilities needed for the Shenandoah area, and
WHEREAS: the City has obtained title to a larger parcel of pr operty for
park purposes in the Shenandoah area,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES,
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
that a public hearing be set or Monday, October 26, 1987 at 7:45
P.M. to consider vacating the former Shenandoah Park located south
of Arrowhead Drive and east of Totem Trail.
Adopted by the City Council this 28th day of September, 1987.
