Resolution No. 64 - 87
RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF A PORTION
OF LA MOTTE PARK.
WHEREAS: the Planning and Zoning Board and Park Board have
received a request for development of land adjac-
ent to LaMotte Park and this request includes the
additional request for use of a portion of LaMotte
Park for street purposes and the subsequent ded-
ication of additional lands to be added to LaMotte
Park,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
that a public hearing on this matter be set for
Monday, November 23, 1987 at 7:30 P.M. to consider
the vacation of a portion of LaMotte Park.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of October,
1987.
