CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 68 •87
RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE VACATION OF A POR-
TION OF STORM WATER DETENTION BASINS
WHEREAS: a request has been received from Bradley P. Racutt,
owner of Lots 12 and 13, Block 2, Lakeview Woodlands
to reduce the size of the storm water detention basin
on each lot so that there will be access to the rear
of the lots for construction of new houses, and
. WHEREAS: Merila and Associates, Inc. have redesigned detention
basins for each lot and this design has been approved
by Rice Creek Watershed District and Mr. Ron Stahlberg
City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
That a public hearing be set for Monday, December 28,
1987 at 7:30 P.M. to consider the vacation of the above
described easements.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of November,
1987.
