RESOLUTION NO. 69 - 87
RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF FAWN LANE, LINO LAKES, MINN-
ESOTA.

WHEREAS,
G. M. Development, Inc. developer of Reshanau Lake
Estates South has requested that a portion of Fawn
Lane be vacated as shown on the attached map, and
The portion of Fawn Lane indicated on the map has
been reviewed by the City Engineer and the City
Public Works Director and no adverse future problems
were noted, and
A public hearing was held on December 14, 1987 before
the City Council in the City Hall after due published
and posted notice had been given by the Clerk on
November 23rd and November 30th and all persons
interested were given an opportunity to be heard;
and,
it appears that it will be for the best interest
of the City to vacate such portion of Fawn Lane,
and
four fifths of all the members of the Council
concur in this resolution,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the portion of Fawn Lane
shown on the attached map is hereby vacated.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day
of December, 1987.
