RESOLUTION No. 70 - 87
RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF DETENTION BASINS ON CERTAIN LOTS IN LAKEVIEW
WOODLAND SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Prefection Preferred Construction Company has requested that a port-
ion of the detention basin of Lots 12 and 13, Block 2, Lakeview Wood-
lands be vacated, and
WHEREAS, The detention basins have been recalculated and approved by City Eng-
ineer, Ron Stahlberg and a permit has been obtained from Rice Creek
Watershed District, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing was held on December 28, 1987 before the City Council
in the City hall after due published and posted notice had been given
by the Clerk on December 1st and December 8th, 1987 and all persons
interested were given an opportunity to be heard, and
• WHEREAS, It appears that it will be in the best interest of the City to vacate
a portion of the detention basins, and
WHEREAS, Four fifths of all the members of the Council concur in this resolution,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the portion of detention basins outlined in the
attached drawing is hereby vacated.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of December, 1987.

DESCRIPTION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT VACATION FOR
PERFECTION PREFERRED CONSTRUCTION
Vacate a portion of an existing drainage easement described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot 12
distant 20 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof;
thence East on the North line of said Lot 12 a distance
of 20 feet; thence South parallel with the East line of
said Lot 12 a distance of 130 feet; thence
Southeasterly to a point on the East line of the West
60 feet of said Lot 13 distant 185 feet South of the
North line of said Lot 13; thence North parallel with
the East line of said Lot 13 a distance of 185 feet to
the north line of said lot 13; thence East on the North
line of said Lot 13 a distance of 20 feet; thence South
parallel with the East line of said Lot 13 a distance
of 215 feet; thence Northwesterly to a point on the
East line of the West 20 feet of said Lot 12 distant
145 feet South of the point of beginning; thence North
to the point of beginning.
