RESOLUTION NO. 75 - 87
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO CLOSE THE TOMAHAWK TRAIL /WEBER'S ADDITION
FUND BALANCE TO THE 1985 IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND.
WHEREAS, There exists a balance of $303.89 in the Tomahawk Trail /Weber's Addit-
ion Construction Fund, and
WHEREAS, Construction has been completed and approved by the City Engineer,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED ,
That the balance of $303.89 in the Tomahawk Trail /Weber's Addition Construction
Fund be transferred to the 1985 Bond Fund and the City Clerk be authorized to
close the Construction Fund.
Passed by the City Council this 28th day of December, 1987.
