RESOLUTION NO. 77 - 87
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF
74TH STREET.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on September 14, 1987,
a report has been prepard by City Engineer, Ron Stahlberg with refer-
ence to the improvement of a portion of 74th Street all within the
north 1/2 of Section 18, Township 31, Range 22, and this report was
received by the Council on December 28, 1987.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES:
1.

The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accord-
ance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the City Charter at an estimated
cost of the improvement of $80,330.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held cm such proposed improvement on the
eighth day of February, 1988 in the Council chambers of the City
Hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the Council this 28th day of December, 1987.
