RESOLUTION NO. 05 - 88
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION.
WHEREAS: The City Charter in Section 4.05 outlines the procedure for fill-
ing vacancies in an Elective Office for the City of Lino Lakes,
and
WHEREAS: A vacancy has occurred due to the untimely death of Mr. Donald
R. Marier,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
That a Special Election shall be held on Tuesday, April 26, 1988
from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. to fill the vacancy.
• Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this seventeenth day of February,
1988.
