CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 08 - 88
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF PHASE II, D.
ERICKSON'S SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS: it is proposed to improve the second phase of the D. Erickson's
2nd Addition subdivision and to assess the benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Ron Stahlberg for
study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all
convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it
should be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve-
ment, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Council of Lino Lakes this twenty second day of February,
1988.
