CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 13 - 88
RESOLUTION ABATING THE 1988 INSTALLMENT AND ALL FUTURE YEARLY INSTALLMENTS
FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND NO. 87 - 01 ON PARCELS DESCRIBED AS 31- 31 -22-
0013 AND PIN 31- 31 -22 -43 -0014.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes has met and heard and passed upon
this abatement, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Lino Lakes and the
owner to abate the assessment described above on Improvement
Project 87 - 01.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the 1988 installment, and all installments for future
years for Special Assessment Fund No. 1464 on property des-
cribed as PIN 31- 31 -22 -43 -0013 and PIN 31- 31 -22 -43 -0014, in-
cluding penalties and interest, if any, are hereby abated.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward
a certified copy of this Resolution to the County Auditor
of Anoka County for abatement.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of March, 1988.
