CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 17 - 88
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT BETWEEN WARE
ROAD AND HODGSON ROAD.
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve an area located from Ash Street north
1,500 feet and between Hodgson Road and Ware Road and to assess
the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and
Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes Charter,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to City Engineer,
Ron Stahlberg and that he is instructed to report to the
Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement, and the esti-
mated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Council- this 14th day of March, 1988.
