CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 22 - 88
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT FOR SUNRISE
MEADOWS ADDITION:
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct improvements consisting of sanitary
sewer, watermain, drainage and street improvements for Sunrise Meadows
Addition and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and
pursuant to the Lino Lakes City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement to the Sunrise Meadows Addition be referred
to Mr. Ron Stahlberg for study and that he is instructed to report to the
Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way
as to whether the proposed is feasible and as to whether it should be made
as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
