• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY <br />FOR THE 1988 MSA PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes has directed the Engineer to prepare a <br />feasibility study for the construction of Second Avenue from Lake <br />Drive to Elm Street. <br />WHEREAS, The City Engineer has prepared a right-of-way map for the proposed <br />project. <br />WHEREAS, The City does not have the necessary right -of -way to construct the <br />project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer is directed to prepare right -of -way descriptions for <br />the proposed project. <br />2. The City Attorney is authorized and directed to proceed with right -of- <br />way acquisition through negotiation or condemnation. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 11th day of April, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />Marilyn G.
