CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 24 - 88
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY
FOR THE 1988 MSA PROJECT
WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes has directed the Engineer to prepare a
feasibility study for the construction of Second Avenue from Lake
Drive to Elm Street.
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has prepared a right-of-way map for the proposed
project.
WHEREAS, The City does not have the necessary right -of -way to construct the
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES,
MINNESOTA:
1. The City Engineer is directed to prepare right -of -way descriptions for
the proposed project.
2. The City Attorney is authorized and directed to proceed with right -of-
way acquisition through negotiation or condemnation.
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 11th day of April, 1988.
