RESOLUTION NO. 25 - 88
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 15 - 88 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING
FOR PHASE TWO, D. ERICKSON'S 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council on March 14, 1988 passed Resolution No.
15 - 88 accepting the feasibility report for phase II,
D. Erickson's, 2nd Addition and setting a public hearing
for April 11, 1988, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 15 - 88 was not published as required by
the Lino Lakes City Charter,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES:
1. Resolution No. 15 - 88 is hereby rescinded.
2. That the public hearing be rescheduled for Monday, May 23,
1988 at 7:30 P.M. as outlined in Resolution No. 26 - 88.
3. The City Clerk be instructed to publish Resolution No. 26-
88 in the Quad Press on April 26, 1988 and May 3, 1988.
4. The City Clerk be instructed to send a copy of Resolution
No. 26 - 88 to the property owner before May 9th, 1988 as
required by the Lino Lakes City Charter.
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this eleventh day of April,
1988.
