RESOLUTION NO. 26 - 88
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT OF PHASE
II, D. ERICKSON'S, 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted February 22,
1988, a report has been prepared by City Engineer, Ron Stahl -
berg with reference to the improvement of Phase II, D. Erick -
son's, 2nd Addition, and this report was received by the Council
on March 14, 1988.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota:
1.
The Council will consider the improvement of such Phase II, D.
Erickson's, 2nd Addition in accordance with the report and
the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter
429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $530,339.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the twenty third day of May, 1988 in the Council chambers
of the city hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed
and published notice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law.
Adopted by the Council this eleventh day of April, 1988.
