Resolution No. 36 - 88
RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF MOST OF THE
ROAD AND ALL OTHER EASEMENTS IN ULMER'S RICE LAKE THIRD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the previously platted Ulmer's Rice Lake Third Addition is
being replatted into Sunrise Meadows, and
WHEREAS, the previously platted roads and easements will not be suited
to the replatted Sunrise Meadows,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
that a public hearing be set for July 11, 1988 at 7:30 P.M.
to consider the request to vacate most of the roads and all
other easements in Ulmer's Rice Lake Third Addition.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this thirteenth day of June, 1988.
