RESOLUTION NO. 40 -88
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ALLOCATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT FUNDS OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES 1988 -1989.
WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes City Council recognizes the need for quality
programs for area senior citizens, and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Peg Smith has been coordinating these programs for the
Lino Lakes Senior Center since its inception, and
WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes City Council has acknowledged her work by
taking action at their May 9, 1988 meeting to raise the
salary of the Senior Center Coordinator by $1.25 per hour
from $6.50 to $7.75, and
WHEREAS, This raise becomes effective June 1, 1988
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1.
That the City of Lino Lakes Community Development Block Grant
Fund Allocation for 1988 -1989 be amended to add $1,650.00
to the Senior Center Coordinator Project, and
2. Reduce the Lino Lakes Economic Development Project by an
amount of $1,650.00.
Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of June, 1988.
