CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 43 - 88
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING A FEASIBILITY REPORT ON SUNRISE
MEADOWS SUBDIVISION AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Pursuant to the Resolution of the Council
adopted April 11, 1988 with reference to the
improvement of all of Ulmer's Rice Lake Third
Addition, and Lots 1,2,3, Block 7 Ulmer's Rice
Lake Addition,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of
such Sunrise Meadows in accordance with the
report and assessment of benefited property for
all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429, and
the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated
total cost of the improvement of $ 1,285,177.00
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 11 day of July , 1988 in the
Council Chamber of the City Hall at 8:00 P.M.
and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law.
Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, this 13 day of June
1988.
