CITY OF LINO LAKES
Resolution No. 73 - 88
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK- TREASURER TO CERTIFY DELINQUENT
WATER AND SEWER UTILITY BILLS FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 1989 PROPERTY TAXES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Chapter 400, Section 401.29 and Chapter
402, Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the City Clerk - Treasurer has
prepared a list of residents who have delinquent sewer or
delinquent water and sewer bills to be certififed to the
Anoka County Auditor for collection with the 1988 property
tax statements collectable in 1989, and
WHEREAS, notice of impending action was prepared on September 27, 1989
to be delivered to the residents,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
Minnesota, hereby does levy the following sums of money collect-
able in the year 1989 upon the taxable property in said City
of Lino Lakes:

SUBJECT: Delinquent Sewer and Water Utility Bills
Attached you will find Resolution No. 73 - 88 certifying certain delinquent
utility bills to the County Auditor for spreading out over the 1989 property
taxes.
I have notified each owner of this possible action in August, 1988 and have
also sent them a Certified Letter of this action. If payments are received
before OrtnbPr 10- 1988. I will not certify them for collection by the
County.
